LGW DOES NOT DO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM OR PRE MADE UNITS, LGW WILL WORK WITH EVERY CLIENT CLOSLEY WITH HIS OR HER CUSTOM UNIT . ALL LGS UNITS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AND A CONSULTATION , EITHER THREW OUR MOBILE APP , FACE TIME OR IN SALON ONE ON ONE . ONCE THE CLIENT CONFIRMS HIS OR HER CUSTOM ORDER ,LGW WILL START THE PROCESS OF MAKING THEIR UNIT . WE WILL FOLLOW UP AND KEEP THE COMMUCATION LINE OPEN DOING THE PROCESS OF THE WIG MAKING . LGW WILL ONLY GIVE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF ALL UNITS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASE, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN OR CUSTOMIZED .
LGW does make wigs with previously installed hair, but if the wefts? tracks are cut then there is an additional $85 fee when checking out via the website. LGW will not compose your wig with your previously installed hair if you do not or have not selected and paid for the option asking if you are sending cut-up wefts.
1. WASH HAIR: Wash the hair when you receive it to avoid tangling in the future. Wash them twice a week to maintain.
2. DYE HAIR: Color test before dying. Always use a professional colorist for best results.
3. WEFT: Do not cut the weft. It will cause shedding. Sew the weft before using.
4. FOR STRAIGHT/BIG WAVE: Comb the hair gently from the end to the top with a wide tooth comb.
5. PROTECT: Use non-sulfate shampoos and conditioners and minimize sun exposure.
