  • HOW LONG DOES LGW COLLECTION LAST?
    Our clients generally use the hair from 12 months to 2 years. Hair maintenance is the key! If you take care of your hair the longer you can have it and reuse!
  • HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED FOR A FULL SEW-IN?
    Depending on the style you plan to wear, the length you select, and the size of your head, a minimm of 2 bundles is needed for a natural looking sew-in. We recommend buying 3 bundles of hair for lengths 12"-18". We recommend 4 bundles for lengths 20" or longer.
  • DOES LGW OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
    Yes, LGW ships worldwide. You must select the international shipping option when checking out via the LGW website.
  • HOW MUCH DOES LGW HAIR WEIGH?
    Our bundles weigh approximately 3.5 ounces each.
  • CAN I COLOR LGW COLLECTION BUNDLES?
    Our hair is 100% virgin hair that has not been processed. You can color the hair, however once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
  • DOES LGW CHARGE MORE FOR THREE (3) OR MORE BUNDLES?
    LGW charges $15 for each additional bundle over three (3).
  • IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE TO GET A WIG MADE WITH TWO (2) BUNDLES OF HAIR?
    No.
  • WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR MY LGW UNIT?
    All payments are due prior to sending the hair to LGW. Turn around times start from the date your hair is received ONLY if your payment has been received. If payment has not been made and hair has been received, turn around time starts once payment is received. THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT.
  • DOES LGW DO REFUNDS ON THEIR UNITS ?
    LGW DOES NOT DO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM OR PRE MADE UNITS, LGW WILL WORK WITH EVERY CLIENT CLOSLEY WITH HIS OR HER CUSTOM UNIT . ALL LGS UNITS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT AND A CONSULTATION , EITHER THREW OUR MOBILE APP , FACE TIME OR IN SALON ONE ON ONE . ONCE THE CLIENT CONFIRMS HIS OR HER CUSTOM ORDER ,LGW WILL START THE PROCESS OF MAKING THEIR UNIT . WE WILL FOLLOW UP AND KEEP THE COMMUCATION LINE OPEN DOING THE PROCESS OF THE WIG MAKING . LGW WILL ONLY GIVE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF ALL UNITS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASE, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN OR CUSTOMIZED .
